And by the way...

...have had an amazing dish at this trattoria - homemade bread with
fresh figs in it drizzles with balsamic syrup, served along side of
lovely, soft salami-type meat with a little fennel and peppercorn in
it. Wow. It was SO good :)

    We are home in Rancho Bernardo and just now catching up with your most amazing trip. Of course food would be the first post!!! Enjoying your wonderful pictures and posts and anxious to see / hear more.
